Include this information

  1. The email used at checkout.
  2. Your Gumroad order number from the receipt.
  3. Your DAW name and version.
  4. Your operating system and version, Windows or macOS.
  5. A short description of the issue.

Activation help

1 purchase = 1 license = 1 computer activation. Each purchase creates one license key for one computer. Multiple purchases on the same email are separate licenses.

  1. Open SynthMachine in your DAW.
  2. Click Copy activation.
  3. If you need your license key or download link, open /purchase.html and enter your purchase email plus your Gumroad order number or Order ID.
  4. Open /activate.html and enter your purchase email and license key.
  5. Paste the activation request and download activation.xml.
  6. Return to SynthMachine, click Import token, and select activation.xml.

Lost activation.xml but still on the same computer? Use Recover activation — paste the plugin request only; purchase email is not required if this machine is already registered.

Each license allows 1 computer. Activation files expire after 60 days. If your license is active, use the activation page again to download a refreshed activation.xml. Need to use SynthMachine on an additional computer at the same time? That requires another license. Replacing an old computer can use the Replace this machine option on the activation page.

Refunds

Within 60 days of purchase you may request a refund for any reason. Approved refunds are 80% of the price minus non-refundable fees. After 60 days there is no seller goodwill refund. A refund revokes the license; an existing activation file may keep working until it expires. Email modandismusic@gmail.com before disputing a charge. See the Refund Policy and Activate.
