Before you activate

1 purchase = 1 license = 1 computer activation. Each license allows 1 computer.

First activation on this computer: enter your purchase email and license key, then paste the plugin request.

Already activated on this computer (lost the file, or it expired)? Leave email and license key blank and just paste the plugin request — we recognise the computer automatically.

Restarting your computer, updating your operating system, or renaming your computer will not break your activation or change which computer is licensed. If you got a new computer or reinstalled your OS, fill in email + license key and use the replace option at the bottom of the form.

Activation file and refunds

This computer only. The activation.xml file is signed for the machine hash in your plugin request. It will not unlock SynthMachine on a friend's computer or any other PC. Do not share your activation file or license key.

Activation (~60 days). The file you download here is valid for about 60 days. While your license stays active, return here and download a refreshed file before or after it expires. That refresh is normal — it is not the end of your purchase.

Refunds. Within 60 days of purchase you may request a refund for any reason. Approved refunds are 80% of the price minus non-refundable fees. After 60 days there is no seller goodwill refund. A refund revokes your license (no new activation or refresh). An activation file already on your computer may keep working until it expires. Full rules: Refund Policy.
